Shipping & delivery

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS (spreadsheets and apps)
Nothing is posted, so there are no delivery charges. After your payment is confirmed you'll receive an email with a link to download your file. If you can't see it, check your spam or junk folder. If it hasn't arrived shortly after paying, or the link isn't working, email hello.plannest@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Our spreadsheets are designed for Microsoft Excel and may look different in other programs. Our apps are single files that open in any modern web browser.

PRINTED ITEMS (posters and prints)
Printed items are made to order by our print partner, Gelato, and posted directly to you from a production site close to your delivery address. Because each item is made for you, please allow time for production plus delivery. Estimated delivery times and any delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Tracking details are emailed to you when your order ships, where available.

Delivery is available to the countries offered at checkout. Import duties, taxes or customs charges, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your address carefully before ordering, as we can't change it once production has started.
