Warranty & Receipt Tracker (App)

Never lose a warranty again. A simple app that works out when each of your warranties runs out, flags what is about to expire, and keeps your receipt and serial details in one place. It opens in your normal web browser. No sign-up, no subscription, and it works offline.

What you get

• One HTML file that runs on your phone, tablet or computer
• Automatic expiry dates from purchase date and months of cover
• Colour-coded status: Covered, Expiring soon (60 days), Expired
• Dashboard: items tracked, still covered, expiring soon, total value covered
• Notes for receipt or order number, serial number and helpline
• Search, filter and sort
• Download your list as CSV, print it, or save and restore a backup file

How to use it

1. Download the file after purchase
2. Open it (tap or double-click). It opens in your browser
3. Add your items. Everything saves automatically on your device

Good to know

• Your data stays on your device and is never sent to us. Use "Save backup file" now and then, as clearing your browser data would remove the list.
• On a phone, open the file from your Downloads or Files app. Using your browser's "Add to Home Screen" is optional.
• Expiry dates are only as accurate as the details you enter. Always check your retailer's terms.
• Instant digital download. Under UK consumer rules, the 14-day cancellation right ends once the download starts, as stated in our Returns page.
